Zehra Ahmad
Zehra Ahmad was born in Oxford, UK, in 1936 and returned to Hyderabad as an infant. After the fall of Hyderabad, her parents migrated to Lahore in 1950. She received her education at the Convent of Jesus and Mary, Kinnaird College, and Government College Lahore, where she completed her master’s degree. After her marriage to Masrur Ahmad in 1958, she lived in Karachi and travelled extensively with him across Europe, North America, and the Far East. While in Karachi, she has been an active member of the Behbud Association for more than 50 years. She has two children, both well‑educated and experienced, having served in senior positions in various banks. Zehra currently lives in Karachi in the home she and her husband built together more than 50 years ago.
