Tanzeem-ul-Firdous

Currently, Professor Dr Tanzeem-ul-Firdous is the Chair, Department of Urdu, University of Karachi. She is distinctive among female Pakistani critics and researchers in Urdu literature. In addition to several published books, she has to her credit a large number of research papers and critical essays. She is the author of Jang-e-Azaadi 1857: Niswani Yaaddashton ke Tanazur mein (2012).
