
Tabinda Jabeen
Tabinda Jabeen is a versatile education leadership professional with over 20 years of experience. She has designed and led numerous education projects in the public sector across Sindh and other provinces. Tabinda has significantly contributed to the development of the Climate Change Education Curriculum and the teacher’s toolkit for Climate Change Education. She has trained over 3000 teachers from pre-primary to higher secondary levels.
Holding a Master’s degree in Education and a diploma in Early Childhood Education, Tabinda is an accredited teacher trainer from TQUK, UK, and FGES, Finland. Currently, she leads the Training and Development team at TRC, managing large-scale donor-funded projects and collaborating with national and international stakeholders.
Tabinda has led projects like the UNESCO-funded “Supporting Girls’ Right to Education” and the Thinking Classroom Project. She has developed training programs for government master trainers and organized consultations on integrating critical thinking skills into curricula. Additionally, she has created teacher guides and learning resources for various educational levels and contexts.
Tabinda has been involved in provincial curriculum committees and has reviewed national curricula and textbooks. She is also a certified trainer of Finland’s Teach Like a Finn Program and has participated in several school evaluation projects.
