Sheba Saeed

Sheba Saeed, a solicitor by profession is a lecturer of Media at the School of Media, Communication and Creative Studies HBU-UCLAN (a joint school of the University of Central Lancashire, UK and Hebei University, China). She holds a PhD from the University of Birmingham, UK. Her debut documentary Beggars of Lahore has been screened at international conferences and film festivals. Her research interests are of an interdisciplinary nature and encompass a range of disciplines ranging from media and cultural studies, film, history, theology, documentary practice, social policy, criminology, and visual criminology.
