Shazia Kamal

Shazia Kamal serves as EVP, Outcomes at TCF, leading teams focused on programme design and enhancing the impact of TCF’s education initiatives. She first joined TCF in 2011 as General Manager, Education, overseeing curriculum development and teacher training. After a stint at the Learning Disabilities Association of Halton-Hamilton, Canada, where she worked as a researcher and resource facilitator for individuals with learning disabilities, she rejoined TCF, bringing a wealth of experience. Shazia has also held senior roles at Tetra Pak, Kashf Foundation, and the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Switzerland. She holds an MBA in Finance from LUMS, is CFA Level 1 certified, and holds Orton-Gillingham (O-G) Associate Level accreditation, certified by the International Dyslexia Association in Canada.
