Sarwat Mohiuddin

Poet, painter, translator, and prose writer in the Punjabi and Urdu languages. Sarwat Mohiuddin is the author of Kannian; Seik Sunehray; Do Phool Khiley Mahia; Geet Hayati Hoey; and Raat ki Dhoop. She is the author of a children’s book, Pani ki Kahani and her forthcoming books for children are Shehed ki Kahani and a selected translation of Heer Waris Shah in English. She is a visiting lecturer at various national and international institutes and universities. Sarwat is also a member of the Pakistan Punjabi Literary Board and vice president of the Pak-Hungarian Friendship Association.
