
Sajjad Ahmed Siddiqui
Dr. Sajjad Ahmed Siddiqui is a multifaceted professional, excelling in both the fields of public health and Urdu literature. He holds an MBBS degree from the University of Karachi (1991) and a Master in Public Health (MPH) from the same institution (1996). With over 20 years of experience as a Public Health Analyst, Dr. Siddiqui has made significant contributions to public health research, data analysis, and program development. His expertise includes field epidemiology, disease surveillance, program design and evaluation, and project management.
Dr. Siddiqui has been actively involved in promoting women’s and girls’ reproductive health rights, working closely with the Ministry of Health to manage Annual Work Plan (AWP) activities. His research has been presented at numerous international workshops and conferences in countries such as India, Bangladesh, Thailand, China, Kenya, the USA, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Uganda, and Mozambique.
In addition to his public health career, Dr. Siddiqui is a renowned Urdu story writer. His literary works delve into the complexities of human emotions and societal issues, earning him recognition in literary circles.
