Sadaf Halai

Sadaf Halai is a poet and educator whose poems have been published in Salmagundi, Ploughshares, Granta, Vallum, Journal of Postcolonial Writing and The Aleph Review. Her writing has also been published in various anthologies, including The Life’s Too Short Literary Review and Voices and Visions: Young Writers from Pakistan (2008). She is the recipient of many awards including prizes from the Academy of American Poets. Sadaf was chosen as a finalist for the Glimmer Train Short Story Award for New Writers. She is an alumna of the Creative Writing Program at Boston University.
