Sabir Zafar

Mr. Sabir Zafar is a renowned ghazal poet and lyricist. He has published 54 collections of his poetry. For his excellent services in the category of literature (poetry), the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan bestowed upon him the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz in 2010. He is a recipient of the National PTV Award, ARY Music Award, and Music Channel Award. He has also received the Allama Iqbal Award from the Academy of Letters Pakistan, the KLF Award, and the UBL Award for his poetic collections.
