Rafiullah Kakar

A development professional with specialization in strategy and policy development, political economy analysis, and social development. Rafiullah Kakar has provided technical assistance and policy advice to the Government of Pakistan and the Balochistan government on key development issues including CPEC, public-private partnership, and education reforms. He has previously worked at the Commonwealth Secretariat London and is also a member of UNESCO’s Global Expert Group on Citizenship Education and Education for Peace. He was the 2013 Rhodes Scholar from Pakistan.
