Qazi Fasih

Qazi Fasih is a medical doctor by profession, he has worked as a surgeon in Pakistan and the UK. His first short story was published in a magazine of Cadet College, Kohat. In 1969, he participated in a Drama Writing Competition held by Radio Pakistan, Peshawar and won the first prize, inducing him to write plays for the broadcast media. His first series of TV plays were telecast by PTV Peshawar in 1975. Since then a number of his serials have been telecast by PTV Karachi and private channels. His English language novel, The Song in the Night, was published in 2018.
