Nadeem Farooq Paracha

Nadeem Farooq Paracha is a prominent Pakistani historian and author. He has authored six best-selling books on the social and political history of Pakistan. His latest book, The Reluctant Republic, was published in January 2022. Two of his books, End of the Past (2016) and Points of Entry (2018), have been two of the biggest selling non-fiction books in Pakistan in the last five years. In 2018, Nadeem was accepted as a Research Scholar at the International Forum for Democratic Studies in Washington DC. He has been a regular columnist for Dawn, Pakistan’s largest English language newspaper. He is also associated with Adcom Leo Burnett as Head of Ideas.
