Mushba Said is a writer and designer, currently completing her BA (Hons.) in Communication & Design with a double minor in Literature and Policy from Habib University, Karachi. This year, she worked on the second volume of the Arzu Anthology with Dr Sabyn Javeri. The Arzu Anthology is Habib University’s first publication, comprising multilingual creative writing—ranging from poetry, short stories to creative non-fiction. Along with being a contributor, she was also the head of design for the anthology. Mushba has performed at the Creative Karachi Festival 2016 alongside her then creative writing teacher, Mohammed Hanif, and was one of the eight winners of the LUMS Young Writers Workshop & Short Story Competition in 2014, where she studied under Bilal Tanweer. Mushba is currently working on a short story collection.
