Maheen Usmani

An award-winning journalist, Maheen Usmani has worked in television, print, and digital media. She has reported on human smuggling, refugees, minorities, health, education, climate change, special children, and culture and heritage. Author of The Mercurial Mr Bhutto and Other Short Stories, she has made documentaries on the separation of East Pakistan and the hanging of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. Maheen has also worked for the SDPI (Islamabad), Mahbub ul Haq HDC (Islamabad), and the Aga Khan Foundation (Pakistan/UK).
