Khalilullah Shaikh

Khalilullah Shaikh is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Pakistan (ICAP). He is associated with PIA as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, he remained associated with K-Electric Limited, a vertically integrated power utility for 12 years in various roles – as Director Finance, Head of Supply Chain and as Chief Internal Auditor. He was part of the K-Electric turn-around team which transformed the utility into a successful, customer-centric entity. Mr Shaikh started his career with A.F. Ferguson & Co., a member firm of PWC. He also worked for a Shell group refinery in Pakistan as Head of Treasury & MIS.
Mr Shaikh has the honour of being the youngest elected President of ICAP. He has been serving as an elected Council member of ICAP for last eight years and he has chaired a number of Committees and Task Forces of the Institute. He is also a member of global Professional Accountants in Business (PAIB) Committee of International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). He also Chairs the governing committee of ICAP-IBA Research Unit. He is ex-officio Director of PIA subsidiaries viz Skyrooms (Pvt) Ltd and Sabre TN Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. He is also ex-officio Trustee of Al-Shifa Trust.
