Khalid Mehmood Shaikh

A career bureaucrat and a member of the founding team of the Sindh Public Private Partnership Unit (PPP) where Khalid Mehmood Shaikh developed legislative, institutional, and legal framework. He played an integral role in the creation of the PDF and VGF funds for PPP initiatives. Currently, the Director General of both the PPP units and the Managing Director of KWSB. Khalid Mehmood Shaikh has also served as Director General of the Karachi Neighbourhood Improvement Programme (KNIP). Also associated with Karachi Municipal Corporation as its financial advisor, he has also worked with City District Government Karachi (CDGK) for more than a decade.
