Khalid Banuri

A former fighter pilot from the PAF, Khalid Banuri holds two decades of expertise in arms control and diplomacy. He has been part of Pakistan’s official delegations for bilateral dialogues and multilateral negotiations for several years. He has taught at public sector universities, published on diverse topics; and has been decorated with a Sitara-e-Imtiaz for policy analysis, and a Sitara-e-Imtiaz (military) for services rendered in the PAF. Banuri has been teaching ‘Use of Force and International Law’ at Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad since 2017.
