Humair Yusuf

Dr Humair Yusuf is a counselling psychologist and psychotherapist and a member of the psychology faculty at the Lahore University of Management Sciences. His research focuses on representations of distress and the intersections of race, gender, sexuality, class, age, disability, and religion in mental health and well-being He has co-edited ‘Counseling Across the Cultural Divide: The Clemmont E. Vontress Reader’ and contributed chapters to the ‘Routledge International Handbook on Race and Culture in Mental Health’, the ‘International Counselling Case Studies Handbook’, and the ‘Handbook of Counselling and Psychotherapy in an International Context’, among other academic papers and articles. He is involved with a number of mental health initiatives throughout Pakistan.
