Fizza Javed

Fizza Javed faced early elimination from a singing competition but it did not discourage her and she took to singing professionally. Training formally with Ustad Karam Abbas Khan (son of Ustad Ahmed Ali Khan of the Gwalior gharana), Fizza made her debut on the Coke Studio platform in Season 8 (2015) with a song originally written and composed by her. She is one of the leading contemporary singers in Pakistan, singing in diverse genres such as Sufi, Folk, Ghazal, Contemporary, Pop, and semi- classical music. Apart from singing OSTs of several TV plays, she is also a Coke Studio artist.
