Fariha Amjad Ubaid

Fariha Amjad Ubaid is an architect, city planner, and educator, currently working in Karachi as Associate Professor at the Architecture Department of NED University and in her own studio practice. At the university, she has taught courses in history of art and architecture, urban planning and design studio. She founded the Archives in 2002 and the History Group in 2007. She has researched, spoken and written widely. Fariha’s design works have ranged from small products, institutional buildings, interior environments, to large scale urban planning projects and interventions in the country
