Dr. Chaudhry Faisal Mushtaq, TI, is a distinguished education reformer, public intellectual, and social entrepreneur whose thought leadership has significantly shaped Pakistan’s contemporary education and knowledge landscape. As Founder and Chief Executive of the Roots Millennium Education Group and The Millennium Universal College (TMUC), and Founder Trustee & President of the Millennium Institute of Technology & Entrepreneurship (MiTE), he has established globally benchmarked institutions that integrate education, technology, entrepreneurship, and critical inquiry, nurturing generations of globally engaged learners. A recipient of Pakistan’s prestigious Tamghai‑Imtiaz, Dr. Mushtaq has served in public office and contributed to national policy platforms, including the National Curriculum Council, influencing reforms in curriculum, pedagogy, and learning outcomes. Through the Change in Education Foundation, he has led the transformation of more than 200 government schools in underserved communities, aligning education reform with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
