Fahd Husain presently wears two hats—Executive Director News, Express News TV and Executive Editor, The Express Tribune. He began his career with the Muslim newspaper in 1991. Since then, he has held senior positions at The Nation and Gulf News (Dubai) and served as Editor, The News. He has worked at PTV as an anchor for several shows and later at the leading American TV channel, CBS News, in New York. He was also the anchor of Pakistan’s first independent English talk show on Geo TV. He then worked as Director, International Affairs at ARY TV.  He has also hosted prime time talk shows on Express News, ARY, and Waqt News. His international assignments include covering the US Presidential Elections in 2004 and travelling to Lebanon to cover the Hezbollah–Israel war in 2006.
