Madiha Shaikh

Madiha Shaikh is an educator and changemaker whose journey with Kiran Foundation began in 2015 with a simple act of seeking better education for her support staff’s children—an act that evolved into a lifelong calling. Born and raised in Lyari, she found deep purpose in driving transformation through education and emotional well‑being alongside Saze Khatri, the founder of Kiran Foundation. From teacher to Deputy to the Chairperson and now Head of Education, Madiha has grown into a compassionate leader shaping the next generation of learners and educators. With degrees in Biosciences and Education from SZABIST, along with further studies in Leadership and Quranic and Hadith Sciences, she blends intellect with empathy. Today, she stands as a proud protégé of the Kiran mission, nurturing empowered mothers, inspired youth, and a movement of transformation across Pakistan.
