Neha Mankani is a midwife and maternal health and climate specialist working at the intersection of climate justice, humanitarian response, and women’s health. She is the founder of the Mama Baby Fund, which provides free maternal and newborn health services in climate‑affected coastal communities around Karachi, supporting families with birth preparedness, emergency care, and financial assistance amid increasing climate shocks. With extensive experience in maternal and neonatal care, program leadership, and midwifery advocacy, Neha’s work focuses on strengthening health systems in humanitarian and climate‑vulnerable settings. Her contributions have been internationally recognized, including being named a BBC 100 Women climate hero (2023) and being included in the TIME100 Climate list (2025). She currently serves as Humanitarian Engagement and Climate Support Advisor at the International Confederation of Midwives.
