Malahat Awan

Malahat Awan is an experienced professional with nearly 30 years of work in education, corporate relations, and cultural development. She currently serves as Director of Alumni Affairs, Resource Mobilization, and Corporate Relations at IBA Karachi, where she leads initiatives to strengthen engagement with alumni, donors, and corporate partners. Her efforts play a key role in supporting IBA’s mission by building strategic relationships and securing essential funding for the University. She is also the President of the Tehzeeb Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting music, fine arts, and literature in Pakistan. Under her leadership, the Foundation has become an important platform for preserving, showcasing, and celebrating the country’s rich artistic heritage. Through her work at IBA and the Tehzeeb Foundation, she continues to make a lasting impact on both education and the arts.
